Resolved that the presentation by Delight Davoli, Southcott Davoli with reference to the review of the 2010 Financial Statements be received and approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 12-04 dated February 8, 2012 regarding the 2011 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Members of Council be received.

Resolved that Report PA 12-04 Proposed New Hire - Jr. Planner dated February 13, 2012 be received.

Resolved that Report TM-12-01 regarding closure of the Town Hall on December 24 and December 31, 2012 be received and that members of staff governed by the Documents of General Working Conditions for Salaried and Management be granted the time off in accordance with the conditions noted in this Report. This will not apply to management staff paid at an hourly rate, and that the extra time off shall be comprised of vacation time.

Resolved that Report TC-12-02 dated February 9, 2012 regarding the LCHS Agreement for Canine Control and Humane Services for the term January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 be received, and that a letter be forwarded to the LCHS indicating that the proposed exceeds the Town of Grimsby budget guidelines, and that an explanation for the increase in rates be provided.

Resolved that correspondence from Infrastructure Ontario dated January 25, 2012 with reference to Realty Disposal and Vacant Space Notice be received.

Resolved that Committee go into Closed Session under section 239 (2)(c) of the Municipal Act, a proposed or pending acquisition of disposition of land by the municipality or local board - the Lincoln County Humane Society

Resolved that Committee return to Open Session.
