Resolved that Report TM 17-09 dated June 12, 2017 regarding the Town of Grimsby Asset Management Policy be received and that the Committee recommends that the draft Asset Management Policy detailed in Schedule A be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 17-11 dated May 31, 2017 with regard to Tax Write-offs be received and that the Committee recommends that the total write-offs in the amount of $1,953.55 be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 17-12 dated June 6, 2017 regarding the 2016 General Statement of Operations be received and that the Committee recommends that the 2016 budget deficit of $3,204. be funded from the Budget Contingency Reserve.

Resolved that Report FIN 17-13 dated June 6, 2017 regarding the 2016 Environmental Services Statements of Operation be received; and, That the Committee recommends that the 2016 sanitary sewer surplus of $411,646 be transferred to the Sanitary Sewer Reserve; and, That the Committee recommends that the 2016 water surplus of $415,488. be transferred to the Water Reserve.

Resolved that Report TM-17-10 be received and that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends that Council Page 3 of 3 Administration & Finance Committee June 12, 2017 direct staff to bring forward a new policy for the Employee Recognition Program as outlined therein.
