Resolved that Report FCR 15-06 dated April 8, 2015 be received and that the recommendations for design and construction of Grimsby Fire Department Station 1 and Station 2 facilities as described in this report be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-07 dated March 13, 2015 regarding the 2014 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Members of Council be received.

Resolved; 1. That Report FIN 15-10 dated April 7, 2015 regarding the 2015 General Tax Levy and Tax Rates be received; and, 2. That the tax ratios and subclass reductions as outlined in Schedule "A" be adopted in accordance with the Regional Municipality of Niagara By-law No. 39-2015; and, 3. That the Town of Grimsby general tax levy and tax rates as outlined in Schedule "B" be approved and that the tax levy and tax rates be included in the 2015 Tax Levy By-law.

Resolved 1. That Report FIN 15-11dated April 7, 2015 regarding the 2015 Regional General and Waste Management Tax Levies and Tax Rates be received. 2. That the Regional Municipality of Niagara General Levy and Tax Rates as outlined in Schedule "A" be adopted in accordance with the Regional Municipal of Niagara By-law 40-2015, and that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2015 Tax Levy and Tax Rates By-law. 3. That the Regional Municipal of Niagara Waste Management Levy and Tax rates as outlined in Schedule "B" be adopted in accordance with the Regional Municipality of Niagara By-law 40- 2015, and that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2015 Tax Levy and Tax Rates By-law.

Resolved 1. That Report FIN 15-12 dated April 7,2015 regarding the 2015 Education Tax Levies and Tax Rates be received; and 2. That the tax rates as outlined in Schedule "A" be approved and that the tax levy and tax rates be included in the 2015 Tax Levy and Tax Rate By-law.

Resolved, 1. That Report FIN 15-13 dated April 7, 2015 regarding the 2015 Sanitary Sewer Levy and Rates be received; and 2. That the rates as outlined in Schedule "A" be approved, and that the levy and rates be included in the 2015 Tax Levy and Tax Rate By-law.

Resolved 1. That Report FIN 15-13 dated April 7, 2015 regarding the 2015 Sanitary Sewer Levy and Rates be received; and 2. That the rates as outlined in Schedule "A" be approved, and that the rates be included in the 2015 Water Rates By-law.

Resolved, 1. That Report FIN 15-15 dated April 6, 2015 regarding the 2015 Grimsby DIA Special Area Levy and Rates be received; and Page 5 of 5 Administration & Finance Committee April 13, 2015 2. That the rates as outlines in Schedule "A" be approved, and that the levy and rates be included in the 2015 Tax Levy and Tax Rates By-law.

Resolved that correspondence from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated March 10, 2015 with reference to 2015 Annual Repayment Limit be received.
