Resolved that Report TC 15-19 dated October 8, 2015 regarding dog licence sales be received and that the recommendations contained in the report be approved.

Resolved that Report TC 15-17 dated October 5, 2015 regarding the contract for Animal Control and Humane Services for 2016 and 2017 be received; and that the Lincoln County Humane Society (LCHS) provide the service in the total amount of $84,994 excluding HST for 2016 and 2017 with a 1.5% increase in 2017 and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.
