RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-7, regarding application for Zoning Amendment by Dr. J. Paolasini, 25 Main Street East and 6 Doran Avenue be received and that the zoning amendment application be approved. Further: - In accordance with the provisions of Section 7.17 of By-law No. 71- 74, as amended, that Council authorizes the provision of parking off Page 1 of 4 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE FEBRUARY 12, 2008 site as proposed; and - That the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval.

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-6 regarding Block 100 - Gardenview Subdivision, be received and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" as amended to include the following modifications and that the by-law be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of a draft revised reference plan satisfactory to the Planning Director. 1. Units 26 to 33 on the west side be a maximum of two storeys. 2. Units 1 to 3 adjacent to Livingston Avenue be a maximum of two storeys. 3. That the westerly rear yard setback for units 26 to 33 be a minimum of 11 metres.
