Resolved that the Carnegie Building / Foundation of Resources for Teens Operating Agreement Report DRS14-16, be received and that the letter of operating agreement for the Foundation of Resources Page 2 of 4 Recreation Services Committee Aug. 26, 2014 for Teens and their Volunteer board having control and the responsibility of the Carnegie Building operation be approved for a five (5) year term.
