"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-15, regarding an application for site plan approval for the proposed West Niagara YMCA at 325 Main Street East be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant meeting the technical requirements of the Town, as identified on Appendix "A" to the report, to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Further, that a by-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to enter into a Site Plan Agreement with the owner."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-16, regarding site plan and zoning amendment applications by Ros-Bay Developments Inc., for the proposed Tim Hortons at 142 Main Street East, be received and that: a) the site plan application be approved subject to the requirements specified by Appendix "A" to the report; b) that a by-law be passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf; andc) that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "B", to remove holding provisions, be forwarded to Council for approval."
