Administration Finance Committee

Resolved that the delegation of Colin Paddon, Chair, Stephen Barker, Member and Donna Herrington, Consultant of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee (JAAC) attending this committee meeting to introduce the JAAC members to the Administration & Finance Committee and provide the committee with an update, be received.

Resolved that the fee for a marriage license issued in the Town of Grimsby be increased from $100 to $125 effective June 1, 2011.

Page 3 of 4 Page 3 Administration & Finance May 9, 2011 That Report FIN 11-13 dated May 5, 2011 regarding the 2010 Revenue Fund Statement of Operations be received, and that the budget surplus be transferred to the budget contingency reserve, with the net self generated surplus of the library and museum being transferred to their respected reserves.

The Report FIN 11-14 dated May 5, 2011 regarding the 2010 General Capital Fund Statement of Operations be received, and that all reserve transfers as summarized in Schedule B be approved.

That Report FIN 11-15 dated May 5, 2011 regarding the 2010 Environmental Services Revenue Fund Statements of Operations be received and that the 2010 Sewer and Water surpluses be transferred to the Sanitary Sewer and Water Reserves.

The Report FIN 11-16 dated May 5, 2011 regarding the 2010 Environmental Serviced Capital Funds Statement of Operations (Schedule A and B) be received and that all reserve transfers as summarized in Schedule C be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 11-20 dated May 6, 2011 regarding the 2011 Education Tax Levies and Tax Rates be received, and: That the tax rates as outlined in Schedule A be approved and that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2011 consolidated taxation by-law.
