Resolved that Submission A-10/14 by Marz Homes (Niagara) Inc., for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended by By-law 12-17 Section 14, Residential Multiple RM2 Zone, to recognize the location of recently constructed two storey condominium terrace dwelling, with a southerly side yard set back of 1.08 metres for unit 1 in a Residential Multiple RM2 Zone at # 8 Lakelawn Drive, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment May 20, 2014 3.
