Resolved that the Special Council Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of February 27, 2017 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Kate and Jewel Keca regarding a cheque presentation to them from the Hydro Shareholders Representative Account be received.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that correspondence from John Murphy, President of the Grimsby Men's PROBUS Club regarding a request to declare the month of March as National PROBUS Month be received and endorsed.

Resolved that correspondence from The Honourable D. Dameria, Minister of Seniors Affairs with reference to nominating a resident as Senior of the Year be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from Ron Naidoo, Walk for Values, Toronto regarding the celebration of 15 years of the Walk for Values and Honouring 150 Years of Canada be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board dated February 23, 2017 with reference to Burgoyne Bridge Replacement Project Forensic Audit be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Museum 2016 Annual Report be received.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)(b) matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees • GEDAC Committee membership

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of February 28, 2017 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 17-25 and that same be read a first time.
