Resolved that report PA-25-05, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Engineering with Niagara Region, dated February 19, 2025, be received; and 1. That the Planning and Development Committee recommends Council endorse the Memorandum in principle, and authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to sign the Memorandum on the Town’s behalf; and 2. That the Town request that the Regional Municipality of Niagara update and clarify the Memorandum sooner than the five-year review period outlined.
