Resolved that Report HS-16-01 dated February 2, 2016 regarding Approval of Occupational Health and Safety Manual Document Updates be received by Council, the documents appended to this report be approved by Council, and the Town Manager be authorized to execute these documents on behalf of Council.

Resolved that Report FIN 16-04 dated February 3, 2016 regarding the Appointment of the Town Auditor be received; and, That the firm of Grant Thornton LLP Chartered Professional Accountants be appointed as Town Auditor for the fiscal years of 2015 through 2017; and, That the Town Clerk prepare the necessary By-law.
