Resolved that the Christmas Parade Report DRS14-18 be received and approved for a parade on Saturday, December 6, 2014 along Livingston Ave. and Main St. starting at approximately 5:15 p.m. It is further recommended that Town Council support the permit application to the Niagara Region requesting temporary closure of the streets along the parade route, which will include restricting parking along the route from Casablanca Blvd. to Elm St.

Resolved that the Southward Community Park Irrigation Installation Quotation Report DRS14-19 be received and that the quotation in the amount of $292,237.50 plus applicable taxes for the installation of an automatic underground irrigation system from V. Gibbons Contracting Ltd., be accepted and added as an approved extra to contract RFC2014-01.
