Resolved that Submission A13-20 Nayem Baig for a minor variance from the provisions of By-law 14-45, as amended, to allow a side yard setback of 0.75m whereas 1.8m is required to accommodate an attached garage with storage area, be modified to 1.3m to address the concerns raised by the Public Works Department; And to allow a front porch encroachment of 2.74m whereas 1.5m encroachment into the required front yard is permitted.

Resolved that Submission A15-20, Andrew Breuls for a minor variance from the provisions of By-law 14-45, as amended, to allow for a 0.6m rear yard setback for an accessory structure whereas 1.3m is required and a 0.3m eave encroachment whereas in no case shall any overhang, eaves or gutter project more than 0.25 metres into any required minimum yard and to allow for a 0.6m side yard setback, whereas 1.2m is required and to allow a 0.3m eave encroachment whereas in no case shall any overhang, eaves or gutter project more than 0.25 metres into any required minimum yard, be approved. Condition: That ice guard protection be installed on the west facing side of the eave.
