Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee retire to a closed session to discuss litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board – Appeals to the Town of Grimsby Zoning By-law.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee return to Open Session.

Resolved that Planning Staff be authorized to enter into a minutes of settlement concerning the Appeal by Catharine Gonnsen of Land – Eng Associates Limited for the appeal to the Town of Grimsby Comprehensive Zoning By-law 14-45, in accordance with the presentation from the Planning Director dated August 11, 2015.

Resolved that Planning Staff be authorized to request a deferral from the Ontario Municipal Board concerning the Appeal by Olga McNeil to the Town of Grimsby Comprehensive Zoning By-law 14- 45, in accordance with the presentation from the Planning Director dated August 11, 2015, pending resolution of the Official Plan Amendment application noted by Olga McNeil in her letter to the Town of Grimsby dated August 11, 2015, received at 4:30 p.m. August 11, 2015; Page 3 of 3 Planning & Development Committee August 11, 2015 And that the Town of Grimsby Official Plan Amendment application fee for this application be waived.
