Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of June 15, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Grimsby Museum meeting minutes of June 3, 2015 be received.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of June 22, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of July 7, 2015 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of July 13, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of July 14, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of July 15, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec: 239 (2)(e) of the Municipal Act, litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications for 25 Bartlett Avenue, Grimsby

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that for reasons outlined in Report P.A. 15-29, it is hereby recommended: 1. That Council endorse the GO Hub and Transit Station Study 2. That Council endorse the Memorandum of Understanding; and 3. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Town.

Resolved that the correspondence from Keep Hydro Public with reference to the Proposed Privatization of Hydro One be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Town of Aurora with reference to Bill 73: Proposed Smart Growth for our Communities Act, 2015 be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Minister of State (Seniors) with reference to Assistance with Seniors' vulnerability and homelessness be received.

Resolved that the Correspondence from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-61 to 15- 65 and 15-67 and that the same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-61 to 15- 65 and 15-67 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
