Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board make a presentation to Town Council before the 2022 budget preparations with regard to the library contributing to the Niagara Region's overall prosperity initiative by eliminating late/overdue fines.

Resolved that the notes from the Planning Committee meeting be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board appoint the Town of Grimsby Treasurer as the second signatory on the Grimsby Public Library bank account.
