Resolved that the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of November 24, 2015 be approved as circulated.

Resolved that Submission A-31/15 by Andrew Peller Ltd., for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law No. 14-45, Section 10 General Employment (GE) Zone, To allow for 19 Employee Parking Spaces to be located in the required front yard in the General Employment (GE) Zone at # 697 South Service Road, Grimsby, be approved with condition for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: a. Site plan approval is obtained for the proposed development.

Resolved that Submission A-30/15 by Stephen & Natalie Brogan, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law No. 14-45 Main Street (MS) Zone Section 7, to allow for the construction of a new 1 1/2 storey detached dwelling, with a lot coverage of 35.5%, a building height of 9.5 metres, a front yard setback of 6.0 metres, and a rear yard setback of 11.5 metres in the Main Street (MS.15) Zone at # 155 Main Street West, Grimsby be

Resolved that the Secretary Treasurer be authorized to pay travelling expenses for 2015 to members of the Committee of Adjustment in the total amount of $2,241.00 detailed in Report CA- 15-2 dated December 8, 2015
