Resolved that Report TC-15-16 dated September 8, 2015 with respect to a By-law for a schedule of retention periods for the records of the Town of Grimsby be received and that the attached By-law be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report IS-15-05 dated September 8, 2015 regarding Information Systems Strategy and Infrastructure Review be received and endorsed for consideration in the 2016 budget.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-10 dated September 10, 2015 with reference to the Calder Community Centre - Hazardous Materials Abatement & Demolition be received and that the Town Manager be authorized to engage the services of Pinchin Ltd., based on Hazardous Building Materials Assessment, Specifications and Inspection Proposal Option 3, dated August 27, 2015 at the price of $25,400 exclusive of taxes.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-11 dated September 10, 2015 with reference to Grimsby Fire Department Facilities Design - Progress Report be received and that the recommendations in this report be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee go into a Closed Session under Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees:  Report FCR 15-12, Grimsby Fire Department - Contract Chief Prevention Officer

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee return to an Open Session.

Resolved that Confidential Report FCR 15-12 dated September 10, 2015 with reference to Grimsby Fire Department - Contract Chief Fire Prevention Officer position be received and that the recommendations in this report be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-19 dated September 10, 2015 regarding the 2014 Revenue Fund Statement of Operations be received, and that all transfers to and from reserves be approved; and, That Library surplus be transferred to the Library Reserves.

Resolved that Report TM-15-07 regarding Transit Investigation Committee Terms of Reference be received and that the Draft Terms of Reference attached to the Report be endorsed.

Resolved that the Memorandum from Town Manager Keith Vogl, dated August 12, 2015 in reference to Grimsby Power Inc. Dividends be received.
