Resolved that Submission A-17/10 by M & M De Boersap, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-Law 71-74, Section 11, Residential R2 Zone to allow for the construction of a two storey addition with a sideyard setback of 1.2 metres in a Residential R2 Zone at # 4 Forest Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
