"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-27, regarding a request for Extension of Draft Plan of Subdivision approval and Draft Plan of Condominium approval, 783878 Ontario Limited, 376 Lake Street, Town of Grimsby is received, and that draft approval is extended to April 20, 2013. FURTHER, that a by-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the subdivision and condominium agreements."
