Resolved that the Administration and Finance Committee meeting minutes of April 13, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Resolution P.D. #15-22 from the April 14, 2015 Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that the correspondence regarding 25 Bartlett Avenue from Parker Architects be received for information.

Resolved that the correspondence regarding 25 Bartlett Avenue from Allan & Carol Koski, Rick Serrao, Gilda Bjil and Earl Slack be received for information.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby defer Resolution PD 15-22 from the April 14, 2015 Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes to the May 12, 2015 Planning & Development Committee meeting.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of April 14, 2015 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of April 15, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the memorandum regarding the Conveyance Agreement with the Grimsby Curling Club be received and that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to sign the Agreement.

Resolved that correspondence from the Minister Responsible for Seniors Affairs regarding the Senior Achievement Award be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-31 to 15- 36 inclusive and that the same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2) (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals affecting the municipality or local board: Appeal to Zoning By-law 14-45 14 Iroquois Trail.

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Planning and Development Committee minutes of April 14, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-31 to 15- 36 inclusive read a first time now be read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
