"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-25, regarding an application for site plan approval by G. & S. Falzone, 317 & 319 Main Street East be received and Page 2 of 9 Planning & Development May 15, 2012 that the application be approved subject to the conditions specified in Appendix "A" to the report. Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-26, regarding site plan application by First Capital (Grimsby) Corporation, 44 Livingston Avenue, Canadian Tire Gas Bar (5007-626) be received and that the application be approved subject to the conditions specified in Appendix "A" to the report. "RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-20, regarding the recommendation that the dwelling located at 95 Cline Mountain Road be designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, be received; and THAT, the notice of intention to designate be issued under Part IV, Section 29, of the Ontario Heritage Act for the property at 95 Cline Mountain Road."

"RESOLVED, that Report P.A. 12-18, regarding the house at 270 Main Street West be received; and Page 5 of 9 Planning & Development May 15, 2012 THAT, the recommendation from Resolution #GH-12-08 from the minutes of the April 17, 2012, Heritage Advisory Committee meeting be endorsed, and; THAT, 270 Main Street West be included in the Grimsby Heritage Register."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-19, regarding the house at 22 Main Street West be received; and THAT, the recommendation from Resolution GH #12-09, from the minutes of the April 17, 2012, Heritage Advisory Committee meeting be endorsed; and THAT, 22 Main Street West be included in the Grimsby Heritage Register."
