Resolved that Keith Vogl be appointed Acting Clerk for the Council meeting on Monday, June 18, 2012.

Resolved that the Council minutes of June 4, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of June 13, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of June 13, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of June 12, 2012 be received and filed.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 12-39 to 12-44 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council go into Closed Session: Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001 a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Park Planning - DRS12-13 Community Recreation Sports Complex Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001 personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Ontario Heritage Trust Award Nominations

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of June 12, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee minutes of June 12, 2012 be approved.
