Resolved, that Heritage Grimsby recommends that a new Heritage Impact Assessment be submitted by the applicant as part of a complete application that addresses the deficiencies noted in the peer- reviews report by Letourneau Heritage Consulting Inc. for any new proposal for the properties at 21-23 Main Street East and 6 Doran Avenue. And that the submitted report be peer-reviewed as part of the application review.

Resolved, that the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the memorandum regarding Section 37 benefits dated April 3, 2018, and recommend that clause 3.c) in Draft OPA related to community benefits be replaced with the following: c) to encourage and ensure the conservation of heritage landscapes and built heritage resources.
