Resolved, that the delegation of Bruce Mackenzie regarding the Grand Avenue Tree Stand be received.

Resolved, that the delegation of Stacy and Olga McNeill regarding the Heritage Conservation and Urban Design Report (Report P.A.- 16-11) be received.

Resolved, that the Committee receives the update regarding the plaque work plan.

Resolved, that the Committee receives the Memorandum regarding the demolition request at 61 Main Street East as information.

Resolved, that the Committee receives the update regarding the designation work plan.

Resolved, that the Committee receives the update regarding the Grimsby Beach Information Session.

Resolved, that the property at 2 Kidd Avenue be assessed by the Committee for inclusion on the Inventory (not Register).

Resolved, that the Committee receives the update regarding the Inventory Research work plan.

Resolved, that the Committee receives the update regarding the mapping work plan.

Resolved, that the Committee receives the update regarding the Grand Avenue Tree Stand work plan.

Resolved, that the Committee receives the update regarding the 2016 Art Contest.

Resolved, that the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee receives the update regarding Doors Open Grimsby 2016; And that two houses have been selected for the Doors Open event.

Resolved, that Report G.H. 16-01 regarding the Municipal Heritage Register be received; And that the Committee includes updating the Register as a priority in the work plan; And that the Committee recommends that staff be directed to develop a consultation strategy and appeal process for property owners.
