Resolved that Report IS-17-01 Information Systems Budget dated February 13, 2017 be received and that the gross amount of $792,050 be approved for consideration in the 2017 consolidated budget.

Resolved that Report IS-17-02 dated February 10, 2017 Information Systems Capital Budget be received and that expenditures in the amount of $287,500 be approved for consideration in the 2017 consolidated budget.

Resolved that Report IS-17-03 dated February 13, 2017 regarding the Corporate Telephone System Replacement be received and that the Finance Committee approves the purchase of the new system from Longview Systems Corporation at a cost of $170,000. for complete implementation.

Resolved that Report TC-17-02 dated February 8, 2017 be received and that Administration 2017 budget in the gross amount of $507,450 and a levy of $546,650 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-17-03 dated February 8, 2017 be received and the 2017 Animal Control Budget in the gross amount of $93,100 and a levy of $57,100 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved the Report TC-17-04 dated February 9, 2017 be received and the Crossing Guards 2017 budget in the gross amount of $83,940 and a levy of $83,940 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-17-05 dated February 9, 2017 be received and the Council 2017 budget in the gross amount of $234,170 and a levy of $234,170 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC 17-06 dated February 9, 2017 be received and the 2017 Municipal Election Budget in the gross amount of $26,780 and a levy of $26,780 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-17-07 dated February 9, 2017 be received and the Records Management 2017 budget in the gross amount of $68,160 and levy of $68,160 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report FCR 17-02 dated February 8, 2017 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department Operating Budget - 2017 in the gross amount of $2,713,360 and a tax levy of $2,598,860 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report FCR 17-03 dated February 9, 2017 be received and that the Grimsby Fire Department Capital Budget - 2017 in the gross amount of $4,761,430 and a tax levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the overall 2017 budget and that the 2017 to 2021 Capital Forecasts be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 17-04 dated February 9, 2017 be received and that the Municipal Emergency Preparedness Operating Budget - 2017 in the gross amount of $10,110 and a tax levy of $10,110 be approved for consideration in the overall 2017 budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: Page 5 of 7 Administration & Finance Committee February 13, 2017 1. That Report FIN 17-04, 2017 Finance Department Budget be received; and 2. That the operating budget in the gross amount of $878,790 and a levy of $856,340 be approved for consideration in the 2017 consolidated budget; and 3. That the capital budget in the gross amount of $42,000 and a levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the 2017 consolidated budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 17-05, 2017 Corporate Revenue and Expenses Budget be received; and 2. That the gross revenues of $1,230,380 and gross expenditures of $348,370 be approved for consideration in the 2017 consolidated budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 17-06, 2017 Corporate Photocopy Budget be received; and 2. That the operating budget in the gross amount of $34,700 and a Page 6 of 7 Administration & Finance Committee February 13, 2017 levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the 2017 consolidated budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 17-07, Development Applications Fee Review Award of Contract be received; and 2. That the Development Applications Fee Review proposal submitted by Hemson Consulting Ltd. at a pre-tax cost of $36,250 be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Town of New Tecumseth dated January 26, 2017 with reference to Municipal Fire Department Infrastructure be received and endorsed.

Resolved that the Committee meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001; Document of Working Conditions, Hourly Group.

Resolved that Report TM-17-02 dated February 10, 2017 be received and that the Document of General Working Conditions for all Hourly Employees of the Town of Grimsby be forwarded to Council for approval as Schedule A to By-law 17-20.
