Resolved that the Committee of the Whole Minutes of August 3, 2021, Council Minutes of August 3, 2021 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law 21-60 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law 21-60 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; and rule Council to contrary notwithstanding

Resolved that Council meet in closed session regarding the following: Under Section 239 (2)(b) of the Municipal Act personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees: • Recognition of service

Resolved that Council rise from closed session; and That staff proceed with the directions provided in closed session in regards to the item regarding recognition of service.
