Resolved that Report P.A. 17-24, regarding proposed severances and zoning amendment by Mountainview Homes, 7 Park Road South, be received and that the proposal be required to proceed by way of plan of subdivision in accordance with the provisions of the Official Plan.

Resolved that Report P.A. 17-36, regarding a site plan amendment application by the District School Board of Niagara to approve the proposed constructed parking lot and associated landscaping buffer be received. And that the application be approved subject to the conditions listed in Appendix A to this report. And that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor & Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town's behalf.
