Andreychuk; Resolved that Report P.A. 13-50, regarding applications for Official Page 2 of 6 Planning & Development Committee October 15, 2013 Plan and Zoning Amendment by FCHT Holdings (Ontario) Corporation, 68, 70 and 72 Livingston Avenue, be received, and that the applications be approved in part and that the amending by-laws attached to the report as Appendices "A" and "B" be forwarded to Council for approval; And that Clause 2.h) of the draft zoning by-law be amended to read “Maximum gross floor area per unit – 186 sq.m.”

Seaborn; Resolved that Report P.A. 13-53, regarding the recommendation that the Town enter into a Heritage Easement Agreement under Section 37 of the Ontario Heritage Act with the property owners at 270 Main Street West to protect the heritage dwelling, be received; And that the building at 270 Main Street West be designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act; And that the notice of intention to designate be issued under Part IV Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act for the property at 270 Main Street West; And that the Heritage Easement Agreement be lifted upon the designation of the dwelling at 270 Main Street West under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
