Kadwell; “RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-32 dated July 6, 2009 regarding #245 Main Street West – Request for Encroachment Agreement be received and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to pass a by-law for the approval of an encroachment agreement to legalize the encroachment of a carport on a portion of the unimproved Municipal Road Allowance Between Township Lots 12 and 13, and further that a Town administration/registration fee of $300 be charged to the applicant.”

Kadwell; "RESOLVED, That Report No. DPW09-34 dated June 24, 2009 regarding the Assumption of Municipal Services for Red Haven Drive Extension be received, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the current Letter of Credit in the amount of $27,588.50, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue the Final Certificate of Completion of Services, and further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary Roadway Assumption By-law.”

Cruickshank; "RESOLVED, that Report DPW09-35, dated June 25, 2009, regarding Award of Contract PWC09-52130-B, Supply of One (1) New 2010 Combination Dump Body/Spreader Single Axle Truck Complete with Reversible Plow and Wing be received; and Page 2 of 4 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE July 8, 2009 further, that the quote from St. Catharines Truck & Tractor Repair Co. Ltd. (St. Catharines), in the amount of $186,060.24 (includes PST, GST extra) for one(1) new 2010 dump truck with body and plow equipment, as per the 2009 Fleet Capital Budget, be accepted."

Kadwell; “RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-36 dated July 6, 2009 regarding the Award of Contract PWC09-02-320043, Addition to Operations Centre be received and approved, and that the Director be authorized to award the contract to TRP Construction General Contractors in the amount of $152,000 and further, that the Mayor and the Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.”
