Resolved that Report FCR 19-01 dated March 6, 2019 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department 2018 Annual Report be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 19-02 dated March 5, 2019 be received and that the Grimsby Fire Department Operating Budget – 2019 in the gross amount of $3,472,860 and the tax levy of $3,142,220 be approved for consideration in the overall 2019 budget.

Resolved that Report FC 19-03 dated March 5, 2019 be received and that the Grimsby Fire Department Capital Budget – 2019 in the gross amount of $911,940 and a tax levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the overall 2019 budget and that the 2020 to 2024 Capital Forecasts be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 19-04 dated March 5, 2019 be received and that the Municipal Emergency Preparedness Operating Budget - 2019 in the gross amount of $13,000 and a tax levy of $13,000 be approved for consideration in the 2019 consolidated budget.

Resolved that Report ITSI 19-01, 2019 Information Technology and Service Innovation Operating and Capital Budgets dated March 5, 2019 be received and that the gross amount of $1,072,100 be approved for consideration in the 2019 consolidated budget

Resolved that Report TC-19-09 dated March 4, 2019 be received and the 2019 Administration budget in the gross amount of $655,780 and a levy of $609,380 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-19-10 dated March 4, 2019 be received and the 2019 Animal Control Budget in the gross amount of $95,850 and a levy of $57,850 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-19-11 dated March 4, 2019 be received and the 2019 Records Management Budget in the gross amount of $57,050 and a levy of $57,790 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-19-12 dated March 4, 2019 be received and the 2019 Election Budget in the gross amount of $27,000 and a levy of $27,000 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-19-13 dated March 4, 2019 be received and that the Council 2019 Budget in the gross amount of $312,550 and a levy of $312,550 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 19-03, 2018 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Members of Council and Council Appointments to Boards and Other Bodies be received for information.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 19-04 2019 Finance Department Budget be received; and, 2. That the operating budget in the gross amount of $844,470 and a levy of $757,770 be approved for consideration in the 2019 consolidated budget; and, 3. That the capital budget in the gross amount of $10,000 and a levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the 2019 consolidated budget; and, 4. That approximately $85,000 be added to the operating budget in Page 5 of 6 Administration & Finance Committee March 11, 2019 2019 for extra staffing; and, 5. That staff review the need for a procurement officer for 2020.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 19-05, 2019 Corporate Budget be received; and 2. That the gross revenues of $2,303,540 and gross expenditures of $2,084,050 be approved for consideration in the 2019 consolidated budget; and 3. That the Corporate Capital budget in the gross amount of $120,000 and a levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the 2019 consolidated budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 19-06, 2019 Corporate Photocopy Budget be received; and, 2. That the gross revenues of $30,000 and gross expenditures of $30,000 be approved for consideration in the 2019 consolidated budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meet in closed session under Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. • Town Manager & Town Clerk positions
