Resolved that Report P.A. 17-21 regarding an application for site plan approval by Homes by DeSantis for Aqua Zul at 12 Concord Place be received and that the application be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" of this report. Further that; a) a by-law be forwarded to Council for approval that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf following the applicant meeting the conditions of approval to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning and b) the by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report P.A. 17-20 regarding a site plan application by Cogeco for a proposed utility station at 22 Murray Street be received; And that the application be approved; And that a By-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town's behalf.

Seaborn; Resolved that Report DBE 17-7 dated June 13, 2017 regarding a Fees & Charges for Service By-law be received and be forwarded to Council for approval.

Seaborn; Resolved that Report DBE 17-6 dated June 13, 2017, regarding the purchase of Building & By-law Department vehicles being one (1) new 2017 Kia Sportage Building Department vehicle for $29,209.37 as submitted by Grimsby Kia and one (1) new 2017 Kia Soule By- law Enforcement vehicle for $24,124.37 as submitted by Grimsby Kia be received, accepted and the vehicles be purchased from Grimsby Kia. Resolved that Report P.A. 17-08 regarding Heritage Conservation Policy and Administration in the Town of Grimsby be Policy received and that the Committee recommends the following to Council: That the Council for the Town of Grimsby continues its commitment to heritage conservation in Grimsby and in recognition of the value of having such a committee, re-establishes as originally intended a Municipal Heritage Committee; And that a Municipal Heritage Committee be established for the Town of Grimsby, known as "Heritage Grimsby", as described in section 28(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act, to assist Council on matters relating to Part IV and Part V of the Act and other such matters as Council may specify by by-law or as outlined in the Committee Terms of Reference; And that a notice requesting applications for membership in Heritage Grimsby be distributed and posted in the local newspaper; And that staff be requested to bring forward a proposed By-law with respect to delegation of Council's authority under Sections 33 and 42 of the Ontario Heritage Act for consideration by Heritage Grimsby and Council. And that a Heritage Grimsby Policy manual be established; And that the attached Heritage Plaque Policy By-law be sent to Council for approval. Resolved that Report P.A. 17-19 regarding a proposed Town initiated zoning by-law amendment to permit corrections to By-law 14-45 be received; And that the Planning Department be authorized to initiate a Town initiated zoning by-law amendment to permit administrative changes.

Resolved that Report P.A. 17-22 regarding the creation of a street renaming policy and associated fee schedule for the Town of Grimsby be received; Page 6 of 7 Planning & Development Committee June 13, 2017 And that staff be requested to include the creation of a street renaming policy and associated fee schedule for the Town of Grimsby in the Planning Department work plan.

Resolved that the following Public Meeting minutes be adopted as Schedule "A" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes dated June 13, 2017. Schedule 'A': Public Meeting Minutes dated May 9, 2017 Regarding Zoning & Draft Plan of Condominium Applications 26Z- 16-0906 & 26CD-16-0902 - 211-265 Central Avenue

Resolved that the following Public Meeting minutes be adopted as Schedule "B" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes, dated May 9, 2017. Schedule "B": Public Meeting Minutes dated May 9, 2017 Regarding Zoning Amendment Application 26Z-16-1701 - 364-368 Park Road North

Resolved that the GEDAC minutes of the meeting held May 24th, 2017 be received as information.
