RESOLVED, "That the minutes of the Grimsby Public Art Gallery Advisory Board meetings of June 10, July 8 & Aug. 12, 2010 be received for information." Recreation Services August 31, 2010

RESOLVED, "That the Grimsby Conservation Club Proposed Landscape Improvements Report DRS10-10 be received and approved, allowing the Conservation Club to proceed with their proposed landscape improvements on the Old Filtration Building property."

RESOLVED, "That the Ontario Men's Curling Championship Sponsorship Report DRS10-11 be received for information and forwarded to the Adminstration & Finance Committee for funding consideration."

RESOLVED, "That the Christmas Parade Report DRS10-12 be received and approved for a parade on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at approximately 5:15 pm. It is further recommended that Town Council support the permit application to the Niagara Region requesting temporary closure of the streets along the route from Casablanca Blvd. to Elm St."

RESOLVED, "That the 2010-2011 Recreation Services Rates and Fees Update Report #2 DRS10-13 be received and that all non-residency surcharges be removed from all program fees and facility rental rates subject to review during the annual rates and fees approval process."

RESOLVED, "That the correspondence from Sarina Labonte, Festival of Art Chair 2010, be received and that the request for permission to have a wine tent on the front lawn of the Grimsby Seniors Centre on Saturday, September 11, 2010 be approved subject to the Town's Municipal Alcohol Policy."

RESOLVED, "That the thank you letters from the DIA & W.L.M.H. Foundation be received for information."
