Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of December 2, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of the Grimsby Santa Claus Parade Committee with reference to the presentation of the Parade Awards to the winners be received.

Resolved that the deputation by Assistant Deputy Fire Marshal Suleman, Fire Protection Advisor Finnemore, Fire Chief Cain and Fire Prevention Officer Pipe with reference to the Recognition of Care Facility, Fire Safety Presentation be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Ute Maya-Giambattista, Consultant, Sorensen Gravely Lowes with reference to the West End Waterfront Master Plan & Trail Design Study be received.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of December 3, 2013 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of December 9, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Resolution PW-13-61 from the December 10, 2013 Public Works Committee meeting for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of December 10, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of December 10, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the resolutions from other municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 13-85 & 13- 86 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
