Resolved that Report P.A. 16-20, regarding Official Plan (OP-15-3) and Zoning Amendment (Z-15-5) and Draft Plan of Subdivision (26T-16-1503) applications by 1906528 Ontario Inc. (Ricca Homes) Slessor Boulevard and Niagara Street, be received and that: a) the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval subject to an amendment that permits stacked townhouses subject to the regulations of the RM1 Zone; and b) the draft plan of subdivision be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "B" of the report.
