Resolved that Report DPW10-37 dated July 6, 2010 regarding Woolverton Road – Storm Sewer Tender be received and that the tender submitted by Howlett Development & Construction Services Limited the amount of $310,710.00 (excluding taxes) be approved and that the Contract Administration by AMEC Earth and Environmental be approved at a $1,075 per diem rate plus applicable disbursements; and further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary agreements; and further, that the estimated $90,000 in additional funding for this project be provided from the 2008 Investing in Ontario Grant Reserve.

Resolved that Report DPW10-38 dated July 9, 2010 regarding Bedford Park Condominium, Servicing and Condominium Agreement be received, and that Schedule 'I' (Special Provisions) as attached to this report be approved, and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the Condominium Agreement and all necessary documents, all subject to the Developer first completing the following outstanding items to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works: - Completion and signing of all approved engineering plans, - MOE Certificates of Approvals for all necessary sewers, etc.; - Regional Approvals; Page 3 of 4 Public Works July 14, 2010 - Street Light Plan approvals; and, that the Developer be approved to pre-service the site plan at his own risk subject to first obtaining all necessary agencies' approvals and meeting the Town's Standard Pre-Servicing Conditions, and further, that the Report be modified in order that Section 5 reads that the Fire Route (No Parking) shall be on one side of the road.

Resolved that correspondence received from Jan Mulder of McNally House regarding McNally House Charity 5K Run scheduled for November 27, 2010 be approved by the Town.

Resolved that the correspondence received from Trisport Promotions Inc. October 29, 2009 to request approval for the Grimsby Triathlon Event scheduled August 8, 2010 subject to all notifications and insurance requirements be received prior to the event.

Resolved that correspondence regarding Ontario Good Roads request for Legal Funding contribution be approved in the amount of $2,500.

Resolved that the minutes of GDIA meeting held May 20, 2010 be received and filed.
