"RESOLVED, That Report TR-08-17 dated May 8, 2008 with regard to the 2006 Audit - Management Letter Recommendations be received; and 1. That the Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer be added as signing authorities to the Grimsby Santa Claus Parade and Grimsby Mayor's Youth Action Committees' bank accounts; and 2. That the sub-committees summarize and submit their respective year-end financial results to the Town Treasurer with a December 31st year-end; and 3. That the Niagara Power Inc. (NPI) directors' fees be treated as Town revenues and expenses with any surplus to be transferred to the Hydro Directors Fee Reserve; and 4. That the deadline of June 1st for paying out directors' fees apply in an election year only."

"RESOLVED, That Report TR-08-18 dated April 22, 2008 regarding the 2008 General Levy and Tax Rates be received; and 1. That the tax ratios and subclass tax reductions as outlined in Schedule B be adopted in accordance with The Regional Municipality of Niagara By-law 37-2008; and 2. That the Town of Grimsby general levy and tax rates as outlined in Schedule C be approved and that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2008 consolidated taxation by-law.

"RESOLVED, That Report TR-08-19 dated April 25, 2008, regarding the 2008 Sewer Maintenance Levy and Tax Rates be received and that the rates as outlined in Schedule A be approved, and that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2008 consolidated taxation by-law."

Cruickshank; "RESOLVED, That Report TR-08-20 dated April 25, 2008, regarding the 2008 Regional General and Waste Management Levies and Tax Rates be received; and 1. That the Regional Municipality of Niagara General Levy and Tax Rates as outlined in Schedule A be adopted in accordance with The Regional Municipality of Niagara By-law 38-2008, and that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2008 consolidated taxation by-law; and 2. That the Regional Municipality of Niagara Waste Management Levy and Tax Rates as outlined in Schedule B be adopted in accordance with The Regional Municipality of Niagara By-law 38-2008, and that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2008 consolidated taxation by-law."

"RESOLVED, That Report TR-08-21 dated April 25, 2008 regarding the 2008 Education Tax Levies and Tax Rates be received and that the tax rates outlined in Schedule A be approved and further that the levy and tax rates be included in the 2008 consolidated taxation by-law."

"RESOLVED, that Report TM-08-07 dated April 16, 2008 with respect to The Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee for the municipalities of Lincoln, West Lincoln, Pelham, Niagara-on- the-Lake, Thorold and Grimsby Agreement, Terms of Reference Committee Membership be received and that a By-law be passed to: 1. Amend the Terms of Reference for Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee in accordance with those areas found in Report TM-08-07. Page 4 of 6 ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE May 12, 2008 2. Appoint the members of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee.
