Resolved that the Council Minutes of the March 7, 2011 meeting be approved.

Resolved that the delegation by Gudelia Morency, Regional Outreach and Education Advisor, with reference to the OIPRD's mandate and its outreach and education program, be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Ellis Katsof, Executive Director, Niagara Child and Youth Services, with reference to the name change and the Anti- Stigma Campaign, be received.

Resolved the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of Monday, March 14, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of Tuesday, March 8, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of Tuesday, March 8, 2011 be received.

Resolved that the Report No. TC-11-10 dated March 17, 2011 from the Town Clerk be received and that Schedule A to By-law 11-14 to amend By- law No. 06-01 respecting Planning Application fees be amended to reflect a change in the Application for Consent from $1,380. to $1,145.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services dated February 25, 2011 regarding the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act for 2010 be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 11-16 to 11-18 inclusive and same be now read a first time.
