Resolved that Report TC-14-11 dated September 2, 2014 be received for information and further that Council supports the continuation of a Niagara Compliance Audit Committee (NCAC) and further that a by-law be submitted to Council to appoint individuals

Resolved that Report FIN 14-19 regarding the 2013 General Capital Fund Statement of Operations be received for information; and that all transfers to and from reserves be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 14-20 dated August 28, 2014 regarding the 2013 Environmental Services Revenue Fund Statements of Operations be received; and that the 2013 Sewer and Water surpluses be transferred to their respective Reserves.

Resolved that Report FIN 14-21 regarding the 2013 Environmental Services Capital Funds Statement of Operations be received for Page 4 of 6 Administration & Finance Committee September 8, 2014 information; and that all transfers to and from Reserves be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 14-22 regarding the 2013 Analysis of Portfolio Investments be received for information.

Resolved that Report FIN 14-23 regarding the 2014 OMEX Supplemental Assessment be received; and that Council authorize the payment of $249,005 plus PST to OMEX to satisfy the Town's obligation under the Reciprocal Insurance Exchange Agreement for unfunded insurance liabilities for the period January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2011.

Resolved that Report FCR 14-11 dated September 5, 2014 with reference to Architectural Design for Expansion & Renovation of GFD Station 1 be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to retain the services of Venerino V.P. Panici Architect Inc. to complete the project at a cost of $58,390 excluding taxes.

Resolved that Report FCR 14-12 dated September 5, 2014 with reference to the Vehicle Purchase be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to purchase a new 2015 Dodge RAM Crew Cab 3500 series 4x4 from Grimsby Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd. at a cost not to exceed $57,000 excluding taxes.

Resolved that Committee meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act 2001, labour relations or employee negotiations - employee negotiations

Resolved that Committee return to open session.

Resolved that Report TM-14-08 dated September 8, 2014 regarding the Hourly Staff Document of Working Conditions be received and recommendations therein be revised.
