Resolved, that Report GH 23-12 - Register Removal Request – 93 Fairview Road be received; and That the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee recommends that the dwelling at 93 Fairview Road be removed from the Municipal Heritage Register under section 27 of the Ontario Heritage Act as a property that council believes to be of cultural heritage significance, as it does not meet two or more of the Ontario Regulation 9/06 criteria for designation under the OHA.
