Resolved that Submission A-01/12 by Gualtiero (Walter) Giansante, to allow for the construction of a new 18.3 x 12.2 metre accessory building with a lot coverage of 12% in a Rural Residential RR Zone at # 457 Mountain Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
