Resolved that the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of January 24, 2012 be approved as circulated.

Resolved that Submission A-02/12 by Jacob Scholtens, to further define the permitted uses to include 50% administration offices for a Community Support Service Organization, together with their light inudstrial uses in a preferred industrial M1 Zone at # 191 South Service Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: Page 3 of 6 Committee of Adjustment February 7, 2012 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.

Resolved that Submission B-01/12 by Adrian Capes, Dave Egley, Ruta Jusys & Christina Ingruber, for consent to convey be granted, as per the Notice of Decision.

Resolved that Subsmission B-02/12 by Adrian Capes, Dave Egley, Ruta Jusys & Christina Ingruber, for consent to convey be granted, or as per the Notice of Decision.

Resolved that Submission B-09/11 by Tony Dibussolo, for consent to convey be granted, as per the Notice of Decision.

Resolved that Report CA-12-1, dated February 7, 2012, be received and that the 2012 Committee of Adjustment's operating budget with a gross amount of $36,000.00 and a levy amount of $0 be approved and forwarded to the Finance Committee for consideration in the overall Budget.
