Resolved that the Minutes of the Grimsby Art Gallery Board Meeting of Sept. 14, 2017 be received for information.

Resolved that the Minutes of the Grimsby Museum Board meeting of Sept. 6, 2017 be received for information.

Resolved that the Minutes of the Grimsby Santa Claus Parade meeting of Sept. 7, 2017 be received for information.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Facility User Liability Insurance Program Report DRS17-22 be received for information and that the addition of the Insurance Program to the Facility Rental Guidelines be approved for implementation on a trial basis for a one year period.

Resolved that the Christmas Parade Report DRS17-23 be received and approved for a parade on Saturday, December 2, 2017 along Livingston Ave. and Main St. starting at approximately 5:15 pm. It is further recommended that Town Council support the permit application to the Niagara Region requesting temporary closure of the streets along the parade route, which will include restricting parking along the route from Casablanca Blvd. to Elm St.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Director's Information Report DRS17-24 - September 2017 be received for information.

Resolved that the correspondence from Judith Rudoler, Project Manager, Niagara Healthy Kids Community Challenge dated Sept. Page 4 of 4 Recreation Services Committee Sept. 26, 2017 15, 2017 be received for information and further to continue to support the program in 2018 as indicated.
