"RESOLVED, That Submission A-02/08 by Gordon and Margaret Suggitt, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law No. 71-74, as amended, Section 17, Transitional Residential Multiple TRM Zone, to permit the enclosure of an existing porch to additional floor space with a front yard setback of 5.1 metres in a Transitional Residential Multiple TRM Zone at # 18 Fairview Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
