Dunstall; Resolved that Report DPW15-48 dated October 27, 2015 regarding the Release of Construction Lien Holdback for Contract PWC15-04- 400017 Main Street West Sanitary Sewer be received and that the Director be authorized to release the Construction Lien Holdback in the amount of $83,204.91 excluding HST to Peters Excavating Inc. and further, that $16,640.99 plus HST be retained to guarantee works for the one-year maintenance period after which and upon satisfactory completion of all outstanding items and deficiencies, the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the $16,640.99 plus HST.
