Page 2 of 2 Administration & Finance Committee July 13, 2015 Resolved that Report TM-15-04 regarding a Municipal Capital Facility Agreement between Grimsby Energy Incorporated and the Town of Grimsby be received, and that a By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into the Municipal Capital Facility Agreement attached to this report as Appendix "A"; and, That the Agreement be amended by changing the facility’s address to 424 Sobie Road.
