Resolved that the minutes of the Grimsby Public Art Gallery Advisory Board February 9, 2012 meeting be received for information.

Resolved that the Recreation, Facilities & Culture 2012 Budget Report DRS12-03 be received and that the following Recreation, Facilities & Culture Budgets be approved and included in the consolidated budget presentation to the Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the 2012 overall Town Budget: 1. The 2012 Parks / Recreation Programs Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $1,239,350 and a levy amount of $936,540. 2. The 2012 Peach King Centre Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $1,671,080 and a levy amount of $900,230. 3. The 2012 Grimsby Lions Pool Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $185,930 and a levy amount of $118,980. 4. The 2012 Senior Citizens Centre Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $216,830 and a levy amount of $107,830. 5. The 2012 Pump House Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $30,020 and a levy amount of $16,020. 6. The 2012 East Grimsby Community Centre Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $6,400 and a levy amount of $6,400. 7. The 2012 Calder Community Centre Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $36,420 and a levy amount of $25,420. 8. The 2012 Park Shop Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $21,530 and a levy amount of $21,530. 9. Resolved that the Civic Recognition Awards Report DRS12-04 be received and approved.

Resolved that the 2012 Canada Week Report DRS12-05 be received and that the proposed recommendations be approved.
