Kadwell; Resolved that Report DPW15-05 dated February 5, 2015 regarding 2015 Public Works Engineering Staff Requirements be received and that the new Engineering Technologist position be approved in principal and included within the 2015 Budgets to be reviewed by Public Works Committee and Council.

Bentley; Resolved that Report DPW15-06 dated February 6, 2015 regarding ‘2014 Annual DWQMS Infrastructure Review Report’ is received by Town Council for review and information.

DiFlavio; Resolved that Report DPW15-07 dated February 3, 2015 regarding the ‘2014 Annual Drinking Water System Water Quality Reports’ is hereby received by Town Council.

Dunstall; Resolved that Report DPW15-08 dated February 3, 2015 regarding the ‘2014 Annual Drinking Water System Municipal Summary Report’ is hereby received by Town Council.

DiFlavio; Resolved that Report DPW15-09 dated February 3, 2015, regarding the Release of Construction Lien Holdback for Contract PWC14-04- 400026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation be received and that the Director be authorized to release the 10% Construction Lien Holdback amount of $12,136.00, plus HST to PipeFlo Contracting Corp. and further that $4,854.00, plus HST be retained to guarantee works for one year from the date of substantial completion and upon correction of any deficiencies, the Director be authorized to release the $4,854.00 plus HST.

Kadwell; Resolved that the correspondence received from the Grimsby Benevolent Fund President, Jamie Stevens, dated January 23, 2015 regarding removal of the stair access to Melrose Avenue be received for information and filed for records purposes.

DiFlavio; Resolved that the correspondence presented by the EHS Compliance Manager regarding the Standard of Care - Safe Drinking Water Act be received by the Committee for information and filed.

Resolved that the Grimsby DIA minutes of December 15, 2014 be received for information and filed for records purposes.
