Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of April 27, 2010 be approved. Council May 3, 2010

Resolved that Resolution DRS10-16 of the Recreation Services Committee minutes of April 27, 2010 regarding the BT Partnership be lifted for separate consideration.

Resolved that Resolution DRS10-16 of the Recreation Services Committee minutes of April 27, 2010 regarding the BT Partnership be postponed until the Council Meeting on May 17, 2010.

Resolved that the minutes of the Recreation Services Committee meeting of April 27, 2010 be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of April 20, 2010 be received and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Grimsby Garden Club dated March 3, 2010 be received and that May 15th be proclaimed as Grimsby Garden Club Day.

Resolved that the correspondence from Region of Niagara dated April 27, 2010 be received and that May 16th to 22nd be proclaimed as National Public Works Week.

Resolved that the correspondence listed as Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that funds in the following amounts be distributed from the funds received from Niagara Power Inc. in lieu of Shareholder representative Directors' compensation: CHARITY AMOUNT Grimsby Life Centre (Office $2,000 Equipment) Joint Tournament sponsorship for $1,500 West Niagara Second Stage Housing FORT $1,500 McNally House - Hike for Hospice $1,000

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 10-31 - 10-33 inclusive and that same be now read a first time.

Resolved that By-law Nos. 10-31 - 10-33 inclusive just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council of the contrary notwithstanding.
